Terms of Service
Overview
These Terms of Service describe the relationship between you and TRIYAR MANAGEMENT, INC when you use Triy services.
1. Agreement and scope
These Terms govern access to and use of Triy services, websites, APIs, dashboards, documentation, and related support provided by TRIYAR MANAGEMENT, INC. By creating an account, signing an order, or using a service, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for yourself or your organization.
2. Account eligibility and information
You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for the activity performed through your account, including activity by authorized team members. Triy may ask for additional information when needed to verify an account, protect the platform, or meet legal obligations.
3. Acceptable communications
You may use Triy only for lawful communications and only where you have an appropriate relationship or consent to contact recipients. You are responsible for message content, sender identity, opt-out handling, quiet hours, disclosures, and compliance with applicable telecommunications, privacy, consumer-protection, and marketing laws.
4. Security and access
Keep passwords, API keys, and session credentials confidential. Use least-privilege access, rotate compromised credentials promptly, and notify Triy if you suspect unauthorized activity. We may limit or suspend access when necessary to protect customers, the service, or the security of the network.
5. Plans, usage, and fees
Plans, usage limits, channel availability, and fees are shown in the applicable order or account experience. Usage-based charges may depend on destination, channel, carrier, or other service conditions. You authorize Triy and its payment providers to charge valid amounts when due; disputed charges should be raised promptly.
6. Intellectual property
Triy, its software, documentation, visual identity, and service materials are owned by TRIYAR MANAGEMENT, INC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during your subscription. You retain rights in your content and grant us only the permissions needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
7. Service changes and availability
We may improve, modify, or retire features as the platform evolves. We work to keep the service available and monitored, but no service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance, carrier conditions, internet failures, and events outside our control may affect delivery or availability.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, unlawful activity, abuse, security risk, or a request from a carrier or authority. Terms that by their nature should continue, including payment, intellectual property, limitations, and dispute provisions, survive termination.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Triy is not responsible for decisions made from communications data, recipient device conditions, carrier behavior, or content supplied by you. To the extent permitted by law, each party's liability is limited to the fees paid or payable for the affected service during the applicable period.
