Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how TRIYAR MANAGEMENT, INC collects and uses information needed to provide Triy.
1. Information we collect
We may collect account details such as name, email address, phone number, company, login records, and preferences. We also receive technical information such as IP address, browser, device, request identifiers, and service activity. When you use communication features, we may process sender, recipient, message metadata, delivery events, and support records.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, send and route communications, provide verification, operate APIs and dashboards, measure delivery, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, process payments, and improve reliability and product quality.
3. Communications data
Triy processes communication data on behalf of the customer who directs a message or workflow. Customers are responsible for determining the lawful basis for their communications, providing required notices, obtaining consent where needed, honoring opt-outs, and configuring retention and access practices appropriate to their use case.
4. Sharing and service providers
We may share information with infrastructure, hosting, analytics, payment, fraud-prevention, carrier, and communications providers that help us operate Triy. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information as a standalone data-broker product.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet accounting and legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention varies by data type and customer configuration. You may request deletion where applicable, subject to records we must keep or information needed to complete a requested service.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information, including access controls, credential management, monitoring, and secure transmission practices. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so please protect your account and notify us promptly about suspected compromise.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and relationship with Triy, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export personal information. You can update account information in the available controls or contact us for a request. We may need to verify identity before completing a request.
8. International processing and updates
Triy and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. We use appropriate safeguards where required. We may update this Policy as our services or legal obligations change and will post the revised version with a new effective date.
